Maharashtra: Dental clinic directed to pay Rs 6 lakh for botched treatment

MUMBAI: The Thane Additional District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission has held Sabka Dentist, a dental service provider, and a dentist associated with it, guilty of negligence, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, and directed them to pay an amount of Rs 4.3 lakh for the expenditure incurred by a complainant for corrective medical treatment.
