Man gives triple talaq to Chhattisgarh woman over phone

A woman was allegedly given triple talaq in Chhattisgarh by her husband over the phone for purportedly not giving birth to a child. A case has been registered in the matter. "She was tortured by her husband and father-in-law for not giving birth to a child," Bhaskar Sharma, SHO, Kunkuri, said. The woman was staying at her maternal home.
