IAS 2015 topper Tina Dabi's ex-husband Athar Aamir Khan gets engaged, shares pic

IAS 2015 rank 2 and Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) Commissioner Athar Aamir Khan, who got divorced with IAS 2015 topper Tina Dabi last year, got engaged to Mehreen, who is a doctor. Athar took to Instagram to share a picture with Mehreen. In April this year, Tina got married to Dr Pradeep Gawande, a 2013-batch IAS officer.
