Google's Russian subsidiary to file for bankruptcy after account seizure

Google's Russian subsidiary plans to file for bankruptcy after its bank account was seized by authorities, a Google spokesperson said on Wednesday. "Russian authorities' seizure of Google Russia's bank account has made it untenable for our Russia office to function," the spokesperson said. This is the first time that Google said its bank account as a whole has been seized.
