Apple sends 36 kg repair kit to man in US to fix his iPhone 13 mini

The Verge's Sean Hollister revealed he recently opted to repair his iPhone 13 mini by using Apple's self-service repair programme in US. He said Apple sent him a toolkit in two suitcases weighing 79 pounds (36 kg) to fix a 1.1 ounce (0.03 kg) battery. Hollister added the entire process was full of challenges and the manual wasn't very helpful.
