This is the first story of this series and today I’m providing the regulation and criteria to avoid getting downvotes, copyright and false news strike, way to write and edit wortheum article and other several things. Rulings and criteria on posting an article on wortheum news.

1. Article should be unique and copyright free.

Writing your own article creates uniqueness in the article and develops your language, communication and thinking skills. Please write your own article and do not copy it from other sources. Even if you’re sourcing it from others, please write it in your own language. There are many online tools that you may use for free to check if the article is copyright free or not. These tools are called Plagiarism Checkers. If necessary to copy, please write a note at the end of the article mentioning the source. Your article should be of least 250 Words. Posting too short an article may lead to downvoting and banning of an account if the actions are repeated.

2. Headline should be related to the article and clear in manner.

The headline is the most important part of your article and should address the content clearly. Please avoid using the irrelevant headline. Keeping the headline to a moderate length (not too long or too short) is also recommended.

3. Article should be clear in the manner pinpointing the headline.

The content of the article should be clear in manner. It should be understandable to the reader and not have spelling mistakes. The content should be pin-pointing to the headline and follow the storyline.

4. Source of the image should be provided just below each image even if it’s your own clicked.

Most of us use images sourced from the internet but we forget that many of these images are not copyright free. While using an image of the wortheum news platform please do not forget to provide the source under each image. Even if it is your own clicked or created.

5. Language in the article should not fall under the category below:

• Discriminatory
• Abusive
• Glorifying/Supporting terrorism, crime, use of substances (drugs or other addictive products)
• Hurting religious sentiments
• Provoking violence, suicide, crime and other illegal activity
• Mentioning the real name of the Rape victim
• Copyright infringement
• Fake

6. Images in the article should not fall under the following below:

• Adultery/NSFW (if you intend to use such images, please select NSFW before posting.
• Discriminatory
• Abusive
• Glorifying/Supporting terrorism, crime, use of substances (drugs or other addictive products)
• Hurting religious sentiments
• Provoking violence, suicide, crime and other illegal activity
• Real Photo of the Rape victim
• Images which may pose a threat to the nation
• Copyright infringement
• Fake

An article or Part of an Article falling under the above-mentioned category may lead to downvoting on the post or permanently banning your account to the wortheum news. At any cost, avoid falling under such conditions.

7. Use of correct tags

Tags help your article reach the interested user and help you rank on both wortheum and other search engines like Google and Yahoo. It helps you in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of your content and lists your article on their search.
The use of correct tags will help you reach the interested user thus bringing value to your content and helping you build an audience.

You can use one of the following formats for tags.
• State, City, Category of news (e.g.- Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, Finance)
• State, City, Category of news/article, National/International, (e.g.- Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, Finance, National)
• Category of news/article, Subtopic 1, Subtopic 2 (e.g.- Health, Beauty, Ayurveda)

Extra Knowledge:

Providing a note at the start or end of an article can bring more attention and interest to the readers. At the start of the article, providing a short summary of the article (15-25 words) can provide the reader with the content of the article and it also helps you in SEO. At the end of the article, you can provide an end note of your own choice. Normally, thanking the reader is considered good and brings positivity about your article in the readers mind.
