Sonali Phogat was given drug hours before death, say cops; 2 held

PANAJI: Goa police on Saturday said Haryana BJP member and TikTok star Sonali Phogat had been given a methamphetamine drug by her associates hours before she died. It arrested the owner of the shack Curlies, Edwin Nunes, and alleged drug peddler Dattaprasad Gaonkar on Saturday after meth was seized from a toilet at the Anjuna shack during a search by police and state forensic science laboratory experts while probing Phogat’s murder.
