A child died from a snake bite while playing at home; a young man trapped the snake in a box.

Varanasi 2 september:-(desk) A tragic incident occurred in the Badagaon area. A seven-year-old boy, Pranjal Yadav, died from a snake bite in the Sadhoganj market. He was bitten three times on his hand while playing at home. His family took him to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. The family also attempted traditional healing methods, but nothing could be done to save him.

Ajay Yadav, a resident of Lokipur in the Badagaon police station area, lives with his family after building a house in the Sadhoganj market.

On Saturday evening around 4 o'clock, his elder son Pranjal Yadav (seven years old) was playing at home. Meanwhile, a snake bit the boy's hand three times. When the family members heard the child's screams and came, they saw a snake moving along the edge of the room. In a hurry, the relatives took the child for treatment and also called the villagers to catch the snake.
