According to reports, when Sushil went to the canteen on August 31 to collect his meal, he was confronted by the canteen operator, Pradeep, along with his brother, two women, and two other young men. The group allegedly began verbally abusing Sushil before assaulting him with sticks and bricks. The college's gatekeeper is also said to have joined in the attack. Sushil was left injured by the incident, which drew the attention of nearby students and staff who attempted to intervene.

As the situation escalated, it is alleged that the assailants began throwing stones at those trying to help Sushil. The violence reportedly caused panic among the other trainees, and the atmosphere at the college became tense. Sushil later accused the attackers of stealing money from his pocket during the assault. The incident has raised concerns about the safety and management of the college's facilities, particularly in light of the government-run training program being conducted there.

The local police have since registered a case against the accused based on Sushil's complaint. They have begun an investigation into the matter to determine the full circumstances of the incident. The police assured that appropriate action would be taken against those responsible, and security at the college has been increased to prevent further incidents. The case has brought attention to the broader issues of facility management and trainee welfare within government training programs.
