20220702_142237.jpgFormer Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Friday attacked the Eknath Shinde government of Maharashtra and said that he should not change the decision of his government. Uddhav Thackeray said that the proposal of Metro Shed should not be changed. He said that the environment of Mumbai should not be played with.

Addressing supporters at Shiv Sena Bhawan in Mumbai, Uddhav said, "Those who have formed the new government are calling the Chief Minister Shiv Sainik. I said the same thing two and a half years ago. There was talk of sharing the post of Chief Minister with Amit Shah. Whatever is happening today, it could have happened with respect. Then Shiv Sena was officially with you. The present Chief Minister is not Shiv Sainik.

BJP and Shiv Sena fought the Maharashtra assembly elections together. BJP had won 106 seats and Shiv Sena 55 seats. This alliance got a clear majority in the 288-seat assembly. Uddhav Thackeray said that Shiv Sena should also get the post of Chief Minister for two and a half years but BJP was not ready.

Now Uddhav Thackeray is saying the same thing that the BJP which agreed to make Ekanath Shinde the chief minister today was the same offer he was offering two and a half years ago.
