Life imprisonment to the accused of raping the girl

Pali/Rajasthan The accused has been sentenced to life imprisonment for raping an 11-year-old girl. The accused had taken the girl to a deserted area on the pretext of giving her a lift and had carried out the incident.

The POCSO Court has sentenced in 6 months. POCSO Court No-3 Pali's Special Public Prosecutor Khimaram Patel told that on March 9, 2022, the victim's father had lodged a case of kidnapping and raping his 11-year-old daughter against an unknown youth at Marwar Junction police station in Pali district.

In which it was told that on March 8, 2022, her 11-year-old daughter studying in her 5th class was coming home from school on foot. She was standing under a tree when it rained on the way.

During this, a young man riding a bike came and took him to the deserted area on the pretext of giving a lift. After rape, left back under the tree. When the daughter did not reach home till evening, she searched. A girl was found near a river.

When the condition worsened, Jojawar was taken to the hospital. Where the information about the rape happened.

POCSO Court pronounced the verdict After

the case was registered, the police started the investigation. After which 30-year-old Rajunath alias Raju alias Jadia son Natharam Jogi, resident of Auva village of Marwar Junction police station area, was arrested and presented in the court.

From where the accused was sent to jail. On September 13, 2022, Judge Surendra Kumar of POCSO Court No.-3 Pali heard the case. After hearing the arguments of the advocates of both the sides and hearing the statements of the witnesses, Rajunath was convicted of raping a minor and sentenced to life imprisonment and jail for the rest of the natural life.

Sentenced to the accused in 6 months

the minor was raped on March 8, 2022. The accused was arrested by the police on 9 March. Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police also presented the challan in the court soon. In such a situation, in about 6 months, the court sentenced the accused of raping a minor.
