ONE REWARDED CRIMINAL CARRYING CASH REWARD OF RS. 20,000/- ARRESTED BY SPECIAL STAFF SWD

HE IS WANTED IN A MURDER CASE OF PS SAGARPUR& EARLIER DECLARED AS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER.

 HE HAS BEEN ABSCONDING FOR THE LAST 2.5 YEARS AND HIDING HIMSELF IN VARIOUS STATES I.E PUNJAB, H.P., UTTRAKHAND ETC.

The Alert team of Special staff, South-West District, which was tasked to curb crime in the area, has arrested one rewarded criminal who was carrying a cash reward of Rs. 20,000/- who was a wanted accused of a Murder case of Police station Sagarpur south-west district. Earlier, he was also declared Proclaimed Offender by the Hon’ble Court.

INCIDENT:

On dated 21.12.19 at about 7:52 PM, information Vide DD No. 37A dt 21/12/2019 was received at PSSagarpur, wherein caller described that “at House No. RZ-1, Gali No. -2A, Durga Park, South West Delhi “CALLER BOL RAHA HAI MERI BHABHI KO SAMNEY RAHNE WALE KIRAYEDAR NE GOLI MARI AUR BHAG GAYA, JISKI DEATH HO CHUKI HAI, NEED POLICE” and the same was marked to SI Kalam Singh for taking necessary action. After receipt of DD entry SI Kalam Singh along with Ct. Prakash No. 1520/SW reached at the spot i.e House No. RZ-1, Gail No. 2A, Durga Park, South West Delhi. Wherein he saw that blood was lying in the house near the stairs and some tracesof blood was found on the door near stairs at ground floor. He further observed that one led (bullet) was also lying on the floor near stairs and get to know that the injured was shifted to Bhagat Chandra Hospital for medical aid.
Keeping in view of the seriousness of murder, on the basis of DD entry a case vide FIR No. 572/19, U/S 302/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act was registered at PS Sagarpur and investigation was taken up. During investigation exhibits were lifted from the spot and statement of the eye witness Mr. Sandeep S/o Sh. Kuldeep Singh R/o RZ-1A, Gali No. 2, Durga Park, West Sagarpur was recorded wherein he levelled the allegations against the accused persons namely Krishna Mishra, Pawan @ Prakash, Chintu @ Bangali and Ashutosh Pandey for committing the murder of his mother. Thereafter,Post-mortem of the deceased was conducted at DDU hospital, New Delhi and further formalties was done as per procedure. During the course of investigation, out of four accused two i.e accused Pawan @ Prakash in Jan,2020&accused Ashutosh Pandey in Jan, 2021, were arrested in this case. Since then, accused Krishana Mishra S/o Sh. Bairister Mishra, a resident of Banaras, UP &Chintu @ Bangali S/o Sh. Ashok Singh, a resident of Samney Ghat, Lanka Banaras, UP have been absconding. In continuation to the case, sincere Efforts were being made to arrest both the accused but they were continuously absconding from their residence. Owing to which NBW’s against them could not be executed. Accordingly, proceeding U/S 82 Crpc was initiated as per law & the same was issued by the court concerned against both of the accused persons. But the same could not be executed due to lockdown& covid guidelines. Thereafter, fresh proceeding U/S 82 Crpc was issued by the Hon’ble Court of Ms. Manu Shree, Ld. MM, Patiala House Courts against the both of the accused persons but they were evading from their arrest. Eventually, in July, 2022 accused Krishan Mishra surrendered himself before the Hon’ble Court. But the accused Chintu @ Bangali was absconding and evading from his arrest.

In continuation to this on dated 18.07.2022 a reward of Rs.20,000/- was declared by the Worthy Commissioner Of Police on the arrest of accused Chintu @ Bangali as well as on 26.07.2022 accused Chintu @ Bangali S/o Sh. Ashok Singh R/o Mahesh Nagar colony, Samney Ghat, Lanka Banaras, UP was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court.
TEAM AND OPERATION:

On 03.08.2022, a secret information was received that accused Chintu @ Bengali is residing in Manali, HP. Following which, a team comprising of SI Ashok Kumar, ASI Krishan, HC Pankaj, HC Ravinder, Ct Satyawan of Specail Staff/SWD was constituted under the guidance of Insp. Sanjay Kumar, I/C Special Staff and overall supervision of Sh. Devendra Kumar Singh, ACP/Ops to track and arrest the accused. The team of Special Staff reached at Manali, HP and launched a door-to-door verification drive of Hotels/Guest Houses in Manali, HP. During this drive, the team verified about 100 Hotels/Guest Houses to trace the accused and finally the team succeeded to arrest the accused from near one of the Hotel in Manali, HP. Thereafter, he was arrested accordingly and brought to Delhi.
