Lawyers' uproar in the Commissioner’s courtroom.

Mirzapur 6 september:-(desk) In Mirzapur, lawyers from the Commissioner Bar Association boycotted judicial proceedings on Thursday and gathered in the courtroom to protest their demands. They began to create a commotion in opposition to the court's activities.

During this time, there was a debate between the lawyers and the Commissioner sitting in the courtroom. The lawyers appealed for the court not to function until their demands were met. After the uproar and debate, the Commissioner left the courtroom.

On Thursday, in addition to the district bar association, lawyers in Bhadohi and Sonbhadra also refrained from judicial work in support of the protest.

Advocate Anjani Kumar Dwivedi alleged that previously, the court's door was locked from the inside. He mentioned that on Thursday, the lawyers entered the Commissioner's courtroom and requested that the court not operate until their demands were fulfilled. During this time, there was also a debate between the lawyers and the Commissioner.

Meanwhile, upon learning about the commotion, the police arrived at the scene. There was a tense situation for quite some time. The bar associations of Mirzapur, Bhadohi, and Sonbhadra, along with all the tehsil bar unions and the Commissioner Bar Association, supported the protest by refraining from judicial work.

Additionally, Sunil Kumar Pandey, the state secretary of the Aam Aadmi Party, and district president Prof. B. Singh also participated in the protest to show their support. Present at the protest were association president Lav Shukla, secretary Saurabh Kumar Srivastava, Anjani Kumar Dwivedi, Aadiya Prasad Singh, Om Narayan Mishra, Shambhu Prasad, Kripashankar Mishra, Ganga Prasad, and others.
