High Court uttar pradesh upholds conviction of man for mutilating private parts of minor girl

The Allahabad HC on Friday convicted the man who mutilated the private part of a girl and stated that this is one of the most serious and diabolic offences committed against a minor girl of the tender age of four years.

The bench of Justice Krishan Pahal was dealing with the criminal appeal filed under Section 374(2) of the Cr.P.C. against the judgment and order passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge whereby the accused-appellant was convicted u/s 324 IPC and sentenced to three years of rigorous imprisonment.

In this case, The appellant had committed the diabolic offence of severely cutting the private parts of a girl after having attempted to rape her.
