न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद भी जारी है निर्माण कार्य।
अम्बेडकनागर। न्यायालय द्वारा स्थगन आदेश के बावजूद खतौनी की भूमि पर निर्माण कार्य कराए जाने की शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री से की गई है, जिसमें पीड़ित द्वारा मामले में कार्रवाई की मांग किया है। मामला आलापुर थाना अंतर्गत महेशपुर मंडप गांव से जुड़ा हुआ है। बताया जाता है कि आए दिन शिकायत किए जाने के बावजूद मामले में सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है। गांव निवासी राम सुरेश पुत्र चुन्नीलाल ने मुख्यमंत्री को भेजे गए पत्र में आरोप लगाया है कि ग्राम पंचायत में खतौनी की भूमि पर विपक्षियों द्वारा निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है। लगभग एक विस्वा की भूमि पर दबंगों द्वारा अवैध कब्जा किया जा रहा है। पीड़ित राम सुरेश ने आरोप लगाया की शिकायत होते ही काम रोक दिया जाता है लेकिन जैसे ही पुलिसकर्मी एवं राजस्व कर्मी वापस जाते हैं विपक्षी रामचरित्तर एवं अन्य लोगों द्वारा फिर निर्माण किया जाता है। मामला न्यायालय में लंबित होने के बावजूद निर्माण कार्य किया जा रहा है। इस संबंध में थानाध्यक्ष पंडित त्रिपाठी का कहना है कि मामले में राजस्व रिपोर्ट मांगी गई है इसके उपरांत आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Village resident Ram Suresh son Chunnilal has alleged in a letter sent to the Chief Minister that construction work is being done by the opposition on Khatauni land in the Gram Panchayat. Almost one hectare of land is being illegally occupied by bullies. Victim Ram Suresh alleged that the work is stopped as soon as the complaint is lodged but as soon as the policemen and revenue personnel go back, construction is resumed by the opposition Ramcharittar and others. Despite the matter being pending in the court, the construction work is being carried out. In this regard, Police Station Head Pandit Tripathi says that a revenue report has been sought in the matter, after which necessary action will be taken.
