Maintaining Physical Fitness in the IT Sector: Challenges and Solutions

I do see Most of my friends and some known ones too who are my know ones (from my school and college days ) around me are in the IT sector. I do see them on social media (mostly on WhatsApp or Instagram, I don't use others) they do look like a big change those are working in It ferms are a bit fat than before some used to be so skinny now most of them have their belly out. I did meet one of my friends after a few years of my college, he did have some work with me so he decided to meet. I was a bit surprised to see him he used to so fit into the collage but he seems to be a bit of his shape back. I was kind of supposed to see him like that.

He told him about his work and what he eats, and I did realize that everything is kind of messed up for him. I think he is not alone who do have to face things alone there are many more on the list. If you are not living with your family then life is kind of difficult for you most of them are serving fast food and online food apps. Sometimes it is good but all the day that can be dangerous for sure. One of my friends did get ingestion in his intestine (I told about him in my posts earlier), he used to eat food from outside he doesn't even have any cooking material in his room. Now he doesn't even look over the food when very we visit outside he only takes juice or only boiled items (which is very rare to find here)

It really feels great if you are physically fit and that sure did boost my confidence. By the meaning of being physically fit I don't mean you did have to join a gym and make a body like any bodybuilder you just have to keep yourself self-fit (not skinny nor too fat, just maintain yourself). I am ser do see many people around us who seem to be the same as we meet them the first day.
If they are rich then sure they sure did have invested in their looks (to remain like that, that is what many actors/actress does).

If you have a muscular body that did attract others fast(this is what I have seen), not all the time that did work though. you have to be physically and mentally stable (keep your self-balance). don't feel shame about how you are if it is possible for you then surely you should try to exercise daily that did make you feel a bit better. If you are lazy then you will surely love to lie in your bed the whole time and watch (anime ), that is what I do most of the time. I do want to do a lot of things but my lazy body doesn't want to.
