Land leased by government and poor should be freed from encroachment immediately: District Magistrate

Hardoi:- Today, the Sampoorna Thana Samadhan Diwas was organized at Tadiawan police station under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Mangala Prasad Singh. Expressing strong displeasure over the complaints of illegal encroachment of poor and government lands during the Police Station Samadhan Divas, the District Magistrate directed the present lawyers and accountants to stop the illegal encroachments on government and poor leased lands in the villages along with the police force. Go and immediately get the encroachment freed and take strict action by filing FIR against those repeatedly encroaching illegally on the land.
On the complaint of blockage of drain in Tadiawan town, the District Magistrate told the village head and accountant that yesterday itself, those people who have illegally constructed stairs, platform etc. on the said disputed drain, should get all of them demolished and proper drainage of water should be done by making a drain. Get it disposed of. He instructed the accountants to regularly inspect the villages of their area and provide permanent solutions to the problems of the villagers and if any accountant etc. gets a complaint of taking any kind of bribe through middlemen and brokers in return for work, then action will be taken against the concerned. Strict action will be taken.
On the police station day, Superintendent of Police Keshav Chandra Goswami instructed the police station head to send police force along with Kanungo and accountants during the action regarding illegal encroachment on government and any other land in the village and once the encroachment is removed, the encroachers should be arrested again. Identify and take strict legal action against them and get information about the activities of anti-social, anarchic, criminals and powerful people of the area every day from the beat constables and watchmen of the village and take regular attendance of such people at the police station.
