Hardoi March 21, 2024-: As part of the SVEEP activities in the Lok Sabha General Elections 2024, a youth voter dialogue program was organized today at CSN PG College under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Mangala Prasad Singh. Before this, the District Magistrate gave voter awareness program to the students in the school premises. Administered the oath and interacted with the students on various points of voter awareness and the students asked various questions which were resolved by the District Magistrate and also asked the students some questions regarding voter awareness.
On this occasion, the District Magistrate said that due to the hard work of the administrative team, a large number of young voters have increased and there has been a big improvement in the gender ratio and EP ratio and there are 2 polling centers each dedicated to women in all the assembly constituencies of both the parliamentary constituencies. Booths dedicated to the disabled and youth will be made in every assembly and model booths are being made in every gram panchayat and everyone must go to vote on 13th May. He said that the facility of voting at home has been provided for voters above 85 years of age and those who are unable to come to the booth and voting arrangements have been made for service voters. Professor Sandeep Sinha, who was retiring after a few months, inspired the students to vote in an enthusiastic manner.
