Carefully study the ARO booklet issued by the Election Commission:- DM

Hardoi :-Today, training was conducted for master trainers, tehsildars, sub-district magistrates and all assistant returning officers under the chairmanship of District Magistrate/District Election Officer Mangala Prasad Singh in Collectorate Vivekananda Auditorium. The District Magistrate directed that all ROs, AROs and other concerned officers should thoroughly study the ARO booklet issued by the Election Commission regarding randomization, voting and counting of votes and conduct the elections in a fair and peaceful manner as per the instructions given by the Commission.
He said that if any incident happens at the polling station, and no report is made by you and the Commission receives information about it from other sources, then action will be taken against the concerned. Ink will be applied on the index finger of the right hand of the assistant of a disabled voter who is not able to vote. No voter should be allowed to join the queue after the time fixed for the end of voting. At the scheduled time for the end of voting, slips should be distributed to the voters standing in the queue, giving them a serial number from the back. The trainers explained in detail about the various processes of selection. On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Soumya Gururani, Additional District Magistrate Priyanka Singh, District Development Officer Arvind Kumar, District Information Officer Santosh Kumar, all ROs, AROs and other concerned officers were present.
