Ghazipur: The water level of the Ganges reached above the warning point

Ghazipur: Since this morning the water level of Ganga continues to rise at a speed of 4 cm per hour. Not only this, the Ganges is flowing above the warning point in the district, due to which the fear of floods has created panic among the people of the coastal areas. On one hand, people are worried about the floods in the Ganges, while the administration is also alert. The water level of Ganga was recorded at 61.590 meters at 12 noon, while the warning point is 61.550 metres. The same danger mark is 63.105. With the speed of the rise of the Ganges, the people living on the banks have increased their hustle and bustle. If the progress of the Ganges continues from this side, then it will not take them long to touch the danger mark. The district administration has also issued an alert in view of the possibility of floods.
