In its endeavor to serve a larger number of youth especially the women, since last decade Ekta Foundation an NGO based out of Delhi, promote the concept of micro-entrepreneurship models. As a significant step to achieve this goal in New Delhi, Ekta Foundation has established a centralized kitchen as a model of Cloud Kitchen concept with the support from Jubilant Bhartia Foundation. The Kitchen will engage 30 women entrepreneurs to start their food business and handhold them for a year. Ekta Foundation has provided 15 days Culinary Skill Development training to these 30 women entrepreneurs. The training was focused on food entrepreneurship along with food recipe, standardization of foods, packaging, business accounting, costing of food items, inventory management, enterprise creation and financial education. A Certificate distribution ceremony organized for 30 women entrepreneurs those have concluded the JBF OLS Entrepreneurship course.
