DRUG PEDDLER ALONG WITH 15.3 KG CANNABIS ARRESTED BY ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL, DWARKA DISTRICT

• ONE DRUG PEDDLER ARRESTED BY ANTI-NARCOTICS CELL, DWARKA DISTRICT.
• 15.3 KG OF GANJA (CANNABIS) RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION.
• RECOVERY OF CANNABIS BREAKS THE BACK BONE OF LOCAL DRUG PEDDLERS.

A team of Police officials of Anti-Narcotics Cell, Dwarka District, comprising HC Hetram, ASI Vinod, HC Dinesh, HC Sushil, HC Sandeep, HC Ashwani, HC Kuldeep, HC Praveen, and W/HC Sonu, under the supervision of Insp. Subhash Chand, I/C Anti-Narcotics Cell Dwarka and overall supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar, ACP/Ops Dwarka, has done a commendable job by arresting one drug peddler and 15.3 kg of ganja (cannabis) recovered from his possession.

 OPERATION AND ARREST-
As directed by Worthy DCP/Dwarka, the team of Anti-Narcotics Cell Dwarka is motivated and sensitized to develop intelligence and information regarding the drug traffickers, who are indulged in drugs trafficking in Dwarka.
In this regard on 10/08/2022, the team received secret information regarding the movement of one person along with Ganja in Indira market, Najafgarh. On the basis of secret information, a trap was laid down at Indira market, Najafgarh, and at the instance of secret informer one person who was going with big plastic bag was apprehended by the team.
During interrogation, he disclosed his identity as Arvind R/o Indira Market Colony, Najafgarh, Delhi, Age 25 years. During the checking of plastic bag, illicit ganja was found in the bag, weighing 15.3 kg. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 425/22 dated 10/08/22 U/s 8/20 NDPS Act was registered at PS Baba Haridas Nagar, New Delhi.
 ACCUSED ARRESTED-

• Arvind R/o Indira Market Colony, Najafgarh, Delhi, Age 25 years.

 RECOVERY-

• 15.3 kg ganja.
