*6cr spent to asphalt road for PM Modi's visit in B'luru, it caves in a day later

A stretch of road, asphalted as part of ₹23-crore road works for PM Narendra Modi's visit to Bengaluru recently, caved in a day later. It was asphalted at a cost of 6 crore. Sharing pictures, Bengaluru-based photojournalist Anantha Subramanyam tweeted, "In April, this road...caved in..But, left unattended. Repaired last week due to Modi ji's...visit. Thankfully nothing happened to PM's car."
