ONE BOOTLEGGER ARRESTED ALONG WITH 8200 NIPS OF ILLICIT LIQUOR

Gulshan Saifi II DCP Dwarka District Ankit Singh informed that n the basis of secret information team of Anti-Narcotics Cell/Dwarka raided and caught one accused namely Manish alongwith TATA ACE GOLD LGV from near Metro Depot, Indira Park Main Najafgarh Road, Najafgarh, Delhi with recovery of having 164 boxes of Haryana illicit liquor labeled as “HARYANA ORGANICS (A UNIT OF GLOBUS SPIRITS LTD.) Mashaledar Deshi Sharab SANTRA RANGEELA”. Total 8200 nips of 180 ml each.
During the course of Investigation Accused Manish disclosed that he is less educated upto 8th class and they are three siblings, one elder and one younger sister. One sister is married. His parents are doing labour work in Swaroop Nagar Delhi. He is less educated due to which he has not employed and he was searching for a Job. He was met to one Sonu Bihari in Narela Delhi. Sonu Bihari offered him job of driver on Illicit Liquor Van on monthly salary 20000+ expenses. He agreed and started supply of illicit liquor in Mahaveer Enclave, Dwarka area of Delhi.
He further disclosed that Sonu Bihari reload Illicit Liquor in Dark area in Kundli industrial Area Haryana with different vehicles. He usually changes vehicles to escape from Police. After Reloading liquor Sonu Bihari gives him TATA ACE GOLD LGV and run after him in different vehicle. After Reaching in Dwarka or Jahangirpuri he hand over the liquor supply vehicle to another driver and send him back to home.
Sonu Bihari usually changes phone numbers and gives him his own another phone during illicit liquor supply. Today while he was carrying TATA ACE GOLD LGV he was caught by the police near Metro Depot Gate, Indira Park Main, Najafgarh Road Delhi and 165 boxes of Illicit liquor with TATA ACE GOLD LGV recovered. And a case Delhi Excise Act PS Najafgarh has been registered.
