According to Rampal Singh Yadav, Ramdhan Yadav’s term as the college manager ended on July 26, 2023. Despite this, Ramdhan allegedly signed salary bills for August and September 2023, which is against the rules. Following these accusations, a formal complaint was lodged, prompting an investigation by the District School Inspector (D.I.O.S) and the Chief Development Officer (C.D.O).

The investigation confirmed the allegations, and on Tuesday, District School Inspector Dharmendra Kumar Saxena instructed to file a case against Ramdhan Yadav. This move is intended to address the mismanagement of funds and ensure accountability. Ramdhan Yadav has denied the charges, claiming they are baseless, and has expressed that he has not yet been officially informed about the actions taken against him.

The case highlights the need for strict adherence to administrative protocols and transparency in educational institutions. The college administration, along with the local authorities, is expected to take necessary legal actions to address the financial irregularities and prevent future occurrences.
