Agra. OP-Lala's nephew had killed his real sister by firing bullets in a property dispute on Saturday at Jogipada in Shahganj market. Accused Nikku Chowdhary ran away by snatching sister's mobile. Due to which it is feared that sister Poonam Chaudhary had made a live video of firing from her mobile. Poonam's mobile was also taken with him for the purpose of destroying the accused evidence. The murderer is suspected to be hiding in the rural areas of Mathura and Agra. Three police teams are raiding his arrest.
Nikku Chowdhary, a resident of Jogipada, is OP-Lala's nephew. Due to which it has a lot of dominance in the market. He has previously gone to jail in the Hinduist leader Pawan Chauhan murder case. Nikku Chowdhary was having a property dispute with his sister Poonam. The youngest of four siblings, Poonam was unmarried. She was demanding her share in the property from her brother. Nikku was not ready for this. Here, after the death of his father, Nikku had stopped giving expenses to his widowed sister-in-law Neelu Chowdhary. She was also asking him to pay for her son's education.
Neelu Chowdhary, who came from Salempur in Bulandshahr, had come to Jogipada on Saturday morning. When Nikku refused to pay the expenses, they locked his shop. It is said that sister Poonam Chaudhary had made a video of the entire incident from her mobile. He had complained to the police about brother Nikku threatening to kill him. She would have given the said video to the police as evidence. At the same time, when the accused Nikku Chowdhary fired, Poonam's mobile was in his hand at that time also.
It is feared that Nikku Chowdhary had suspected that Poonam had also made videos of the firing from her mobile. Due to which he had taken possession of Poonam's mobile after killing her. He took the mobile and fled through the back door of the house instead of the main market. On the complaint of sister-in-law Neelu Chowdhary, the police have registered a case of murder against Nikku Chowdhary. SP City Vikas Kumar told that the police team is raiding for the arrest of the accused.
Poonam Chaudhary started cosmetic work in Shahganj market itself when her brother did not pay the expenses. He had taken a shop on rent in the street opposite the market. It is said that he had taken this shop with the help of his Muslim friend. The said friend is also missing after the massacre on Saturday. The police is also inquiring about him. So that the bottom of the dispute between Poonam and Nikku Chowdhary can be reached. Poonam Chowdhary had given an application to the CO. In which he told Nikku that his life was in danger.
