प्रतिबंधित गांजे की तस्करी करते तीन गिरफ्तार

STAFF OF PS BAWANA OUTER NORTH DISTRICT DURING A ROUTINE CHECKING AT SECTOR 2 NAHAR PICKET INTERCEPTED A SUSPICIOUS CAR AND NABBED 3 PERSONS SITTING IN CAR WITH 2 BAGS OF GANJA HAVING TOTAL WEIGHT OF 41 KG.THE GANZA WAS FOUND BEING SMUGGLED BY THEM FROM RAJAMUNDRY.

TEAM AND OPERATION:-
On 15/09/2022,during a routine checking at sector 2 Nahar picket of PS Bawana , at around 9.22 PM, the vigil picket staff while checking the vehicles stopped a suspicious car. On checking the car, 2 persons namely Sohaib and Sameer were found sitting on front seat and one another person Tasim was found sitting on rear seat with 2 bags of ganja having total weight of 41 KG. FIR No. 717/22 u/s 20/25/29 NDPS Act has been registered in this regard and investigation taken up.
INTERROGATION:-
On sustained interrogation, they disclosed that Sameer and Sohaib first went to Rajahmundry by car and Tasim went by flight. There they met and bought the ganja from a person named Raju. From there Sameer and Soyab departed in car with ganja to delhi. Tasim came to Delhi by flight. Here in Delhi , they all again met in Burari . They all were planning this to take this cartel to their distributors . But they were caught at sector 2 picket PS Bawana .
The chevrolet car HR26CA3731 used in this crime is registered in name of Tasim and has been bought from a person who is resident of Burari.

Recovery:-
41 KG ganja
Chevrolet car HR26CA3731 used in this crime.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
