The memorandum highlighted the increasing number of attacks on advocates and criticized the government's perceived indifference towards the issue. The lawyers claimed that previous incidents of violence against members of their profession had gone unnoticed by the authorities. The Bar Association demanded that the family of the deceased lawyer receive a government job and financial assistance of ₹1 crore as compensation. Additionally, they called for the immediate implementation of the Advocate Protection Act to safeguard lawyers from future threats.

During the protest, several lawyers, including Arvind Mishra, Ramrup Savarkar, Shyannarayana Singh, Shambhu Yadav, Mridul Yadav, and Vinod Tripathi, voiced their concerns about the lack of safety for advocates. They stressed the need for stricter legal measures and swift action against those responsible for crimes against lawyers. The association emphasized that until concrete steps are taken, the legal community would continue to feel vulnerable and disrespected.

The protest concluded with a strong appeal for justice and a warning that if their demands were not met, the protests would intensify in the coming days. The advocates made it clear that they would continue their fight to ensure justice for the deceased and protection for the legal fraternity across Uttar Pradesh.
