Chief Minister approved Rajasthan civil service will be formed in Jodhpur

Desuri Pali- The meeting period of the movable bench will be 8 effective days every month till the formation of the permanent bench.
Desuri Jaipur. Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has given approval to establish a permanent bench of Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal at Jodhpur. It has also approved the proposal to hold the meeting of the Jodhpur Chal Peeth on 8 effective days of every month till the permanent bench is formed in Jodhpur.

It is worth mentioning that in the Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, D.B. This decision has been taken in compliance of the interim order dated 19.7.2022 of the Hon'ble Court in the Civil Writ Petition.

This will initiate the process for the establishment of a Permanent Bench of the Tribunal at Jodhpur in accordance with the provisions prescribed in the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal Act, 1976 and the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal Rules, 1976. The meeting period of the Circuit Bench in Jodhpur will be 8 effective days in every month till the permanent bench is formed.
