FOUR NOTORIOUS CRIMINALS ON THEIR WAY TO COMMIT CRIME WERE APPREHENDED BY THE TEAM OF SPECIAL STAFF NORTH.

04 STOLEN MOBILE PHONES RECOVERED FROM THEIR POSSESSION.

ALL THE ARRESTED ACCUSED PERSONS HAVE HISTORY OF INVOLVEMENT IN CRIMINAL CASES.

ONE OF THE ARRESTED PERSONS IS AN ACTIVE BC OF PS MAYUR VIHAR.

05 CASES OF NORTH DISTRICT SOLVED WITH THEIR ARREST.

The team of Special Staff/North District has been directed to work on the wanted criminals especially Robbers/Snatchers/Burglars/Auto-lifters and criminals involved in street crime. The team collected details of wanted criminals of North District and deployed secret informers to nab them. Moreover, the team of Special Staff has been working relentlessly and developing information about the criminals active in the area and they also used to patrol randomly in the area during odd hours to keep a check on their illegal activities.

BRIEF FACTS:
On 15.09.2022 at about 09:15 PM, a secret information was received by ASI Jag Om of Special Staff, North District that 04 active robbers/thieves namely Nadeem @ Mobin, Dilshad @ Bhura, Zakir Miyan and Laxman Yadav would come to Shakti Nagar through underpass, Roshanara Road to commit crime on a three wheeler (TSR).

Acting upon the information a dedicated team comprising of SI Surender, ASI Jag Om, ASI Ansar Khan, HC Devendra and HC Sanjeet was constituted, under the close supervision of Inspr. Jeet Singh (In-charge Special Staff) and guidance of Shri Dharmender Kumar, ACP Operations Cell/North District. The team laid a strategic trap near underpass and at about 10:45 PM, the suspected TSR was intercepted and 04 persons sitting in the TSR were apprehended. On frisking them, four mobile phones were recovered from their possession. On checking and verification in police records, the mobile phones were found to be stolen from the area of PS Kotwali, Delhi. The arrested accused persons were identified as (1) Nadeem @ Mobin, aged-38 years (2) Dilshad @ Bhura, aged-38 years (3) Zakir Miyan, aged-50 years and Laxman Yadav, aged-35 years.

Subsequently they were arrested u/s 41.1 (d) & 102 Cr.P.C. at PS Roop Nagar, Delhi and investigation was taken up.

THE PROFILE OF CRIMINALS IS AS UNDER:

1. Nadeem @ Mobin r/o Trilok Puri, Delhi, aged-38 years. He is an active BC of PS Mayur Vihar, Delhi and previously found involved in 20 criminal cases i.e. cases of Robbery, Riot, Theft and Arms act registered in different police stations of Delhi as well as in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Dilshad @ Bhura r/o r/o Buland Masjid, Shastri Park, Delhi, aged-38 years. He was previously involved in 03 criminal cases i.e. Attempt to Murder and Rape registered in PS Gandhi Nagar, Delhi.

3. Zakir Miyan r/o Trilok Puri, Delhi, aged-50 years. He was previously found involved in 10 criminal cases i.e. Robbery, Theft and Arms Act registered in different police stations of Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.

4. Laxman Yadav r/o Katra Subzi Mandi, Mayur Vihar, Delhi, aged-35 years. He was previously found involved in 03 criminal cases i.e. Burglary and Theft registered in different police stations of Delhi.

CASES WORKED OUT:
05 cases of Thefts and Cheating registered at PS Kotwali and PS Kashmere Gate have been worked out with their arrest.

RECOVERY:
• 04 mobile phones, (i.e. 01 Tecno Spark, 02 VIVO & 01 Redmi-9).
