The longer you work hard, the easier the work gets.
Rest and relaxation is the cherry on the top of hard work.
Talent
Everyone has a unique combination of talents (and no one is talented in everything)
Talents are innate and develop till end of adolescence.
Every talent must be developed to become a strength.
Working while using own talents, makes people more fulfilled and more engaged
Teams aware of mutual strengths / adopting the strengths-mindset are more powerful.
Using talents at work (and privately) are everyone’s own responsibility (Don’t wait for a coaching manager).
Talents may lead to intelligence (cognitive, social or emotional), intelligence is not a talent.
Skills (speaking languages, driving, etc.) are the result of training and practice. Talents help!
Character and values are reinforcing or hindering the use or development of talents.
To do the same job, various talents may and must be used.
