E-bus service has been launched from Cantt to Tengra turn in Varanasi, and the entire journey will cost passengers 25 rupees.

Varanasi 7 september:-(desk) The e-bus service has been launched between Cantt station and Tengra turn in the city. You can travel from Cantt to Tengra turn for just 25 rupees. The buses ply via Sigra, Lanka, Samne Ghat, and Ramnagar to reach Tengra turn. An e-bus will operate every hour on this route. The fare from Tengra turn to Lanka is 15 rupees.

Officials from Varanasi City Transport Services Limited have stated that the launch of this service will provide significant convenience to passengers traveling to Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Chandauli, and Bihar. Previously, passengers had to spend 60 to 70 rupees traveling from Cantt to Tengra turn using auto-rickshaws or e-rickshaws, often having to change vehicles two to three times. This new service will free passengers from all those hassles.

There is a high demand for e-bus operations on the route from Cantt to Lanka, Ramnagar, and Tengra turn, as the number of travelers is substantial. Passengers can board e-buses to Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Chandauli, and Bihar from Tengra turn.

The fare for traveling in an AC e-bus is only 25 rupees, while the fare from Tengra turn to Lanka is 15 rupees.
Additionally, due to the positive response to the AC e-bus service between Cantt and Pididiyunagar, buses are now departing every 30 minutes. E-buses are also being operated via Rajghat and Padhav on this route, ensuring that passengers have access to transportation every half hour.
