Let us tell here that all the builders are developing their group housing under the Siddharth Vihar scheme of the Housing Development Council. According to the new rules of the UP Apartment Act, no builder can give possession or register the flats to the allottees without taking the completion certificate.
Builders are violating the rules of AVP
At the same time, contrary to the rules of housing development, builders are continuously giving possession of flats to the people and are also doing registry. In this matter, now the Commissioner of Housing Development Council Ranveer Prasad has shown strictness. He has ordered the local authorities to take strict action in the matter.
Action taken on the orders of the officer
After the strictness of Ranveer Prasad, the Housing Development Council had lodged an FIR against the Gaur builder in the past. Now a report has also been filed against Apex Builder, who is building his group housing in Siddharth Vihar itself.
AVP will also take departmental action
At the same time, Aman Tyagi, Executive Engineer of Housing Development Council, said that the builder has violated the rules and given possession to the people. In such a situation, an FIR has been registered against him. Departmental action will also be taken in the matter soon.
