According to the new rules of the UP Apartment Act, no builder can give possession or register the flats to the allottees without taking the completion certificate.

At the same time, Aman Tyagi, Executive Engineer of Housing Development Council, said that the builder has violated the rules and given possession to the people. In such a situation, an FIR has been registered against him. Departmental action will also be taken in the matter soon.
