Navi Mumbai cop wins gold at Asia bodybuilding event

NAVI MUMBAI: Assistant police inspector Subhash Pujari attached to highway safety patrol of Navi Mumbai traffic department's Palaspe unit has clinched a gold medal at the 54th Asian Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championships 2022 held in Maldives.
Pujari represented India in the 80 kg weight category. In October last year, Pujari had won a bronze medal at the 12th World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship held in Tashkent in Uzbekistan. Pujari said, " I dedicate at least 6 hours for exercises at the gymnasium daily and have been following a strict diet regime to maintain a healthy body."
