WCC expresses dissent on Vijay Babu being granted anticipatory bail

Malayalam actor-producer Vijay Babu, who was accused of alleged sexual assault of a budding actress, was granted conditional anticipatory bail by the Kerala High Court on Wednesday (June 22). The Women in Cinema Collective (WCC), a pro-women outfit in the industry has now expressed strong disapproval on the same, and also reiterated that they stand with the survivor.
