ONE CCL APPREHENDED & ONE STOLEN SCOOTY RECOVERED*
INCIDENT:
On 19-08-22 at around 6:05 PM HC Mukesh and Ct. Bharat was on beat patrolling duty, keeping close watch on the criminal activities in the area as per the directions of senior officers. HC Mukesh and Ct. Bharat were checking vehicles. One boy was coming on a Scooty from Pul Mithai side, after observing the staff he turned back his scooty. Alert staff after sensing suspicious behavior of the boy responded quickly and after a brief chase apprehended the CCL along with Scooty DL 8S CQ 5218. The scooty found to be stolen vide FIR No. 22895/22, dt. 15-08-22, u/s 379 IPC, PS Nabi Karim. CCL has been apprehended u/s 41.1(D) CrPC.
