Following the complaint, the police arrested the suspect late on Wednesday night. However, early the next morning, the accused managed to escape from custody by climbing over a wall after requesting to use the restroom. This escape caused a stir at the police station, prompting a full-scale search operation. Upon further investigation, the accused reportedly admitted to stealing not cash, but 21 kilograms of wheat, which he claimed to have sold.
