ONE HABITUAL ROBBER/SNATCHER ARRESTED RED HANDED WHILE ATTEMPTING ROBBERY

THE KNIFE USED IN THE CRIME RECOVERED

The staff of PS Rani Bagh have arrested one habitual robber/snatcher namely Sachin Bhutani S/o Mulakraj Bhutani R/o 101, Splus 4, Omex City, Sector-15, Bahdurgarh, Haryana, age 43 yrs (he is previously involved in 06 criminal cases in Bahadurgarh, Haryana) along with the recovery of one knife used in attempting to commit Robbery.

BRIEF OF THE INCIDENT AND ARREST

On 18.06.2022, one lady along with her maid and 5 year old son went to Subzi Mandi, Rani Bagh in her Eco sports car. After sometime while leaving market, she entered in her car, meanwhile an accused person having a big knife forcefully entered in the back seat of her car and put the knife on the neck of complainant and threatened her to handover cash and other valuable. The lady Complainant raised the hue and cry and ran out from the car along with maid and her son. The accused person sat on the driving seat of the car and tried to rob the car but meanwhile Ct. Gaurav who was patrolling in the market area, heard the screaming of the lady and acted quickly and bravely. He thrown the robber out of the car, overpowered and detained him. The staff from the PS Rani Bagh was called on the spot and on the statement of the lady complainant, the FIR No. 891/22, Dt. 18.06.22, U/s 393 IPC was registered in PS Rani Bagh and the above said accused was arrested.

INTERROGATION

During interrogation, the accused disclosed that he lives at the above address with his family on rent and previously he lived at Rani Bagh for two years. He opened a Restaurant in Bahadurgarh but it went into losses. Thereafter, to earn easy money he decided to rob people and for that he chose Rani Bagh location, as he knew that rich people live there. For that he bought a big knife used in restaurants and went in the Rani Bagh area. When he saw two ladies and a baby sitting in the car, he found it a easy target and went to rob them, but the police reached there and nabbed him. He also disclosed of being involved in six criminal cases in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.

• Sachin Bhutani S/o Mulakraj Bhutani R/o 101, Splus 4, Omex City, Sector-15, Bahdurgarh, Haryana, age 43 yrs. He is 12th pass and he is previously involved in 06 criminal cases in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.

RECOVERY

• 01Knife used in attempting to commit Robbery.
