On Sunday, the Indian men's badminton team made history by winning the Thomas Cup for the first time. India defeated defending champions Indonesia 3-0 in the final. In the final, Lakshya Sen and Kidambi Srikanth defeated Anthony Sinisuka Ginting and Jonatan Christie, respectively, in their singles finals. Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty, meanwhile, won their men's doubles match.
