In the case registered at the police station, showing the incident of April 20, Amit of the village was accused of raping the girl of the village, including constable Lakhendra posted in Fatehpur district of UP. The accused were also accused of threatening to make the video viral. In the case registered at the police station, both were arrested and sent to jail.After which constable Lakhendra, accused of rape, got conditional bail from the court of Additional Sessions Court POCSO Special on July 01 in this case. But after getting bail from the court, the accused constable, who is in jail, has not been released yet. Meanwhile, advocate Balveer Singh, appearing for the plaintiff, came to know about the bail, then he called the victim girl's side to the court and the whole case was told.

Whereas in the bail order given to the accused constable from the court, it is clearly mentioned that there has been a settlement between the two parties. On the basis of the same agreement, bail has been granted by the court. During this, advocate Balveer Singh says that in this case, now a written complaint has been given to the court on behalf of the plaintiff.In which it has been said on behalf of the victim girl's side that there is no settlement of the plaintiff. He has been misled by presenting a wrong person before the court.

At the same time, in this case, POCSO court's ADGC Mahesh Singh says that in this case a written complaint has been given to the court on behalf of the victim girl's side. Cognizance has not been taken from the court level in this matter. The decision will be taken after taking cognizance of the complaint of the plaintiff from the court level itself. Only then will something be decided.
