TWO DESPERATE SNATCHERS ARRESTED
MOTORCYCLE NO. DL-11M-2894 SPLENDER BLACK COLOR USED FOR COMMISSION OF OFFENCE AND ONE SNATCHED MOBILE PHONE FROM THE COMPLAINANT ARE RECOVERED .
With the arrest of:
- Masoom @ Kalua s/o Hansudin R/o H. No. 162, Mangol Puri, Delhi. Age 23 Yrs and 2) Rahul s/o Shambhu Dayal R/o H. No. K 188, Mangol Puri, Delhi , a patrolling team of PS Begumpur has succeeded in nabbing two desperate snatchers who are active in the area and recovered i) One Mobile phone snatched by accused persons from complainant ii) Motorcycle No. DL-11M-2894 Splender Black Color used for commission of offence.
INCIDENT& ARREST:
On 24.07.2022, in order to prevent and put a curb on the street crimes in the area of PS Begumpur, the Law & Order staff of PS Begumpur comprising HC Rambir No. 773/RD and Ct. Rakesh No. 1529/RD was patrolling in the beat area at Sec-24 near pocket- 1. While patrolling in the area, the patrolling team heard a shouting of a boy who was shouting for a help. On this, the police patrolling team swiftly chased down and apprehended two motorcycle riders. The complainant Mahadev told police staff that the both Motorcycle riders had snatched his mobile phone near Bikaner Sweet Shop pocket-1 Sector-24, Rohini, NewDelhi. On the cursory search, the snatched mobile phone was recovered from their possession. Thereafter, on the statement of the complainant a case vide FIR No. 676/22 u/s 356/379/411/34 IPC registered at PS Begumpur. The both suspects were arrested in this case. The accused were later identified as 1) Masoom @ Kalua s/o Hansudin R/o H. No. 162, Mangol Puri, Delhi. Age 23 Yrs and 2) Rahul s/o Shambhu Dayal R/o H. No. K 188, Mangol Puri, Delhi. Age 22 Yrs. Further investigation is in progress to verify their other involvements.
RECOVERY:
One Mobile phone snatched by accused persons from complainant.
